CEO — Gabe Millican
Gabe entered the logistics industry in 2022 as a drayage broker, bringing a hands-on mindset shaped by his prior work as a railroad conductor and hoist operator. At just 21, he co-founded Eider Logistics and now serves as the active CEO, with a mission to bring trust, transparency, and unmatched service back into freight. At Eider, Gabe oversees operations, sales, marketing, and tech development—leading from the front and staying deeply involved in daily operations. His approach is simple: keep your word, stay proactive, and serve others like it’s your name on the line. Outside of business, Gabe is a dedicated hunter, runner, and lifter who believes in strengthening both mind and body. A devoted Christian, his faith shapes how he leads, serves, and perseveres. His resilience fuels Eider’s mission every day—and no matter the challenge, quitting is never on the table.

VP of Business Development — Hunter Long
Hunter’s background in customer service, compliance, and deliveries laid the foundation for his hands-on, service-first approach to logistics. With a drive to build lasting relationships and a belief in doing business the right way, he co-founded Eider Logistics to challenge the cutthroat norms of the freight world. At Eider, Hunter leads drayage operations and manages day-to-day business, staying close to the action and focused on execution. He believes in leading with integrity—giving fair rates, communicating proactively, and setting everyone up for success. A family man and lifelong sports fan who’s also into Star Wars and Pokémon, Hunter brings heart and hustle to everything he does. For him, it’s all about doing right by customers and carriers—and growing together through trust.
